Holy Yum Chicken - amazingly delicious and oh so easy... 1/2 cup dijon mustard 1/4 cup maple syrup 2 tbsp rice vinegar 1/4 tsp salt & Pepper (each) mix together, pour over chicken, bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Take chicken out of pan and add about 1 tbsp corn starch to remaining liquid to thicken and use as a sauce.
